Realizing Underutilized Talents Safely

We work with local employment centers to help youth find employment and careers. Through a three part program youth will get the invaluable skills that will help them obtain employment and they will also receive the support to secure and retain employment

What is the best way to get through what might be holding you back? Go Have Fun!! We take youth outside and explore and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. With that experience youth gain the valuable skills they need to deal with situations that hold them back.

Through the engagement portion of the R.U.T.S. program youth will have the opportunity to connect with many different levels of our community from first responders to the leaders of our community.
